Description
Linux Database Expert 
Location: Vienna
Hourly rate: €70 per hour (negotiable) 
Hours: Full-time
Remote/On site: on site
German: min. B2
 
What you will be doing:
 
  • Linux admin for redhat/ubuntu based systems
  • Focus on database administrator for postgresql and mysql databases 
  • Supporting and maintaining of Linux systems with Ansible 
  • Useing Sphere for creating virtual systems
  • Keeping track record setting up and maintaining the monitoring of the systems with checkmk
  • Be on call after the onboarding phase of the project 
     
Skills:
 
  • Great knowledge of backup solutions (TSM desirable).
  • Linux as Administrator experience 
  • Linux hardening know how 
  • Good Scripting skills with more than 1 language 
  • Knowledge in security compliance would be great for this project 
  • Jira/Confluence familiarity 
  • Windows experience (nice to have)
  • Ability to work in a team or independantly  
  • Strong communication in German (B2 Minimum)
