This company has offices globally and their product is used as a core technology by major companies worldwide.Our client are the original creators of one of the most well-known Open-Source frameworks and are very well known in the OS community.What you will be doing:CTO
- Connect the result architectural and development responsibilities to on going business goals.
- Evaluate innovation in the industry and compare their advancements with competitors.
CTO/Chief Software Architect- Manage and oversee the entire software development cycle.
- Work closely with several stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- To develop, create, and build the software by hand.
- Take the lead in creating new or enhanced software applications.
- Oversee the upkeep of the software that is outdated.
- Provide the software with a technical plan.
- Advertise the software and its updates to employees and clients.
- Support the company in developing its different goals.
Your profile:- Have 5+ years' experience in an engineering leadership position.
- Have strong knowledge of different coding languages including Java.
- Have contributed to the research & development of tools such as Kafka, Spark, Hadoop or Flink.
- Have a deep understanding of distributed databases and systems.
- Be comfortable with developing and overseeing data processing applications.
- Love to code!
- Confident in coaching others and comfortable in a team setting.
- Has an interest in open-source and happy to work with stakeholders.
