Location: Vienna, Austria - Hybrid Position
Global aerospace company with offices in every continent focused on building innovative aircrafts for quick and efficient transportation.
What the candidate will be doing:
- As the Director of Electronics you will be managing and leading the electronics team (10 direct reports).
- Project planning
- Technical roadmap
- Defining the strategy for the department and implementing projects locally and internationally
- Collaborate with internal departments and external development companies
- Budget handling
Requirements the candidate must have:
- Relevant degree in engineering / electronics
- 3 years of people management experience
- Line Management experience
- Leadership qualities
- German language skills
- Technical background in electronics / electrical engineering
