Description
We are hiring for a leading GreenTech startup in Vienna who are just about to enter a new growth phase. 
This company's smart GreenTech product uses AI and data science to combat global warming. 
 
This role is a for a motivated Talent Acquistion Manager who is happy to have ownership of the entire hiring process. 
 
Your role: 
  • Owning the hiring process 
  • Focusing on candidate experience 
  • Searching and implementing new hiring products for the company 
  • Improving processes 
  • Working directly with managers to learn requirements and gain feedback 
  • Onboarding new starters 
  • Collaborating with our trusted agency 
 
Requirements 
  • English & German
  • More than 4 years of talent acquistion experience in-house 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tech startup 
  • Experience in sourcing candidates from scratch 
  • HR Generalist knowledge 
  • You are comfortable interviewing candidates and delivering offers 
  • Hybrid working 50% onsite/50% home office
