Director of Artificial Intelligence and ML

The Role:

· Lead ML Engineers and Data Scientists
· Work closely with business stakeholders to drive ground-breaking Analytics and Data Science projects
· Utilize suitable data engineering and data science technologies, integrate company objectives into data and analytics solutions and translate outcomes into business insights.
· Collaborate with others in similar teams to support the team where needed
· Modify current codes into high-quality software
· Be a leader in the development of components and frameworks
· Regularly practice and develop your skills with Machine Learning Operations and Engineering
· Expand your relationships with the companies and other suppliers of data and analytics
· Create and implement market-leading Machine Learning Solutions to address customer issues across business functions and industry verticals
· Give deeper knowledge to a small team of Machine Learning Engineers
· Assist in developing modern analytic goods


Requirements:

· Obtain an advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or something similar
· Have 10+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Analytics or Software engineering
· Have 4 + years of experience in managing a team related to Machine learning or data science
· Strong familiarity with the principles of computer science, the software development process, and popular design patterns for machine learning
· Strong understanding of algorithms
· Prior knowledge of installing and working with leading machine-learning solutions
· Excellent understanding and knowledge of Python and Machine learning frameworks
· Experience in executing Machine Learning automation and Operations
· Strong knowledge and prior experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms
· Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, particularly the capacity to explain and talk about machine learning principles with co-workers and external representatives
· Collaboration skills with individuals from all levels and those from regional offices
· Ability to work independently, balance priorities and succeed in a forever-changing environment while simultaneously working as a team under challenging circumstances
