This fast-growing tech company in Berlin is looking for a new Head of Data who will lead and develop the highly talented and existing team of engineers, analysts and scientists.
In this role, you will be responsible for growing a world-class data team whilst supporting the current engineers, analysts and scientists to continue their own growth.
Job role-Take ownership and grow the AWS data platform and architecture
-Work closely with the CTO to develop the data stratagy for their product
-Take leadership of driving a data driven culture within the company
-If needed, join the team on some hands-on engineering to solve technical challenges
-Work with the talent team to attract, onboard and retain the best talent for your team
Requirements-5+ years in leading and scaling agile data teams
-Coming from a Data of Software Engineering background with proven hands-on experience
-Excellent knowledge of modern data stacks and cloud providers (E.g AWS)
-Strong stakeholder facing experience
-English written and verbal communication skills
