Head of Product Management

This fast-growing leading company is expanding their management team and is looking for a Head of Product Management. You will join a motivated team of individuals with many years in the sector the company focuses on. In this role, you will lead and oversee product development from the start to finish.
 
In this role

You will be expected to discover what the users want and needs are
Gather data and analytics from feedback the company has received
From all the information you discover through feedback, you can choose to build and develop your own products
You will have the opportunity to develop and construct new strategies you see fit which align with the company's values
Have frequent opportunities to produce your creative ideas and further develop existing products
 Ensure your team is on track and is performing to their best ability
Work collectively with other head of teams
Implement a performance indicator
improve the effectiveness of the procedures pertaining to your area of responsibility, you continuously create initiatives and instruments.

Your Qualifications

Experience managing a team of product managers or serving as the head of product management in the past
Experience in Software as a Service in lifestyle
Familiarity with how start-ups work and develop
Must be organised and have leadership skills
Must have very good verbal and written skills in German and English
A collaborative personality
Experience in working closely with stakeholders, partners and CEO’s
