Frontend Engineer

This fast-growing Greentech start-up based in Berlin is looking for a frontend engineer to join their diverse and growing engineering team. 

The Role 

As a frontend engineer, you will have the exceptional chance to play a crucial role in a fast-moving company, influencing its development and direction while also making a positive impact on the environment via your work. You will work closely with the Chief Technology Officer, development teams, and business stakeholders to develop the company’s minimum viable product, plan the product and feature roadmap based on ongoing customers' needs, establish and uphold a strong engineering culture, assist in hiring future co-workers, and do a lot more. 

The majority of your daily work will be frontend programming using Typescript and React. You will be provided with the tools and procedures you need to concentrate on creating compelling product enhancements while limiting distractions.  

Requirements  

• 2-4 years of experience in web development  
• Prior experience with React JavaScript 
• Prior experience working with SassScript 
• Previous experience with Git 
• A good understanding of Cloud Systems  
• Standard Knowledge of Typescript 
• Interest in further educating themselves about new and upcoming technologies  
• Someone who is enthusiastic and enjoys working in a team 
• Fluent in English
