- We’re hiring for a leading global provider of integrated solutions for the energy transition and circular economy, with a focus on Energy-from-Waste and Renewable Gas.What you will be doing:In this role, you will oversee construction site operations, plan, execute, and supervise specialized construction and assembly work for greenfield projects, and ensure that HZI meets its contractual obligations.
- Planning and supervising local building site operations for designated projects.
- Oversee and manage the thorough and professional performance of services and work in compliance with the company’s standards.
- Leadership and commitment to HSE. Active support and leadership of the HZI and contractor teams to implement and comply with the HSE requirements of the project.
- Representing HZI’s interests in on-site customer and consortium meetings
- Conduct regular progress meetings with the customer and/or government representatives
- Preparation of site-specific guidelines and instructions
Your profile:- Hold a degree or qualification in engineering or a related field.
- Several years of solid professional and management experience on international construction sites in the field of renewable energies (ideally biogas / LNG, etc.) or comparable industrial plants
- Good English and German writingand speaking skills.
- Strong background in environmental factors, welfare and risk management.
- Have managerial qualities and a team-player mentality.
- Enthusiastic and energetic problem solver with team spirit and customer focus, skilled in practical solutions.
