- We are hiring for a leading GreenTech startup in Vienna who are just about to enter a new growth phase.This company's smart GreenTech product uses AI and data science to combat global warming.This role is a for a motivated Talent Acquistion Manager who is happy to have ownership of the entire hiring process.Your role:
- Owning the hiring process
- Focusing on candidate experience
- Searching and implementing new hiring products for the company
- Improving processes
- Working directly with managers to learn requirements and gain feedback
- Onboarding new starters
- Collaborating with our trusted agency
Requirements- English & German
- More than 4 years of talent acquistion experience in-house
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a tech startup
- Experience in sourcing candidates from scratch
- HR Generalist knowledge
- You are comfortable interviewing candidates and delivering offers
- Hybrid working 50% onsite/50% home office
