Microsoft Dynamics Analyst Finance & Operations
North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany – Relocation support provided
€75,000 - €85,000
Our client is hiring for a Senior Business Process Analyst who specialises in Microsoft Dynamic 365 Finance & Operations and has previous experience working with Field Service Management (FSM) and CRM data in the manufacturing industry.
In this role, you will be required to transform user needs into effective business processes, with a primary focus on supply chain/logistics or finance. The ideal applicant will have previous experience providing end-user support to international clients, focus on clients' needs, have a positive outlook, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
What you’ll be doing:
- Be the initial point of contact for overseas coworkers with relations to Microsoft Dynamics 365-related concerns.
- Support the creation, implementation, and upkeep of corporate business processes.
- Create and maintain the needs for business-related regulatory and operational reports, views, and dashboards.
- Support individuals, systems, and procedures for end users both before and after their release
- Oversee company continuity, including requirements research, design, implementation preparation, and documentation.
- Create practical designs, help the key-user organisation map and take ownership of each of its particular processes, and use value stream mapping technology to clear waste and inefficiencies.
- Work in conjunction with the relevant departments to learn about their operational demands, reporting requirements, and management.
- Engage and create relationships with client’s stakeholders.
- Work closely with internal colleagues, external specialists, and partners to guarantee project and solution delivery on schedule.
- Make that information is delivered promptly, correctly, and in a well-presented manner.
- Hold responsibility for managing your work and work within the company's budget.
Your Profile:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Have a strong understanding of CRM, ERP and FSM frameworks in the manufacturing industry.
- A track record of transforming user requirements into long-lasting corporate processes.
- Have worked in a dynamic, worldwide firm with diverse teams, and having experience providing international end-user support.
- Be proactive and accountable with a focus on the needs of the customer.
- 'Can-Do' attitude, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and lots of enthusiasm.
- Hold a full valid driving license
- Willing to work flexible hours
- Fluent English communication skills – German is a bonus!

- Have knowledge or have worked with Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Scrum, and Prince2 in the past.
