Our client is looking to hire a talented Product Support Engineer to join their fast-growing international company!
Job Description:- Serve as the customer's initial point of contact for any technical inquiries or problems relating to software.
- Test any new software and products.
- Organise and assist with the release of new software.
- Customer requirements should be converted into Research and Development documents.
- Working with the European customer service team, conduct analysis and problem solutions via phone and/or remote assistance.
- Assist and oversee the installation of products across Europe.
- Collect client feedback to improve our products.
- Keep informed with new product innovations to guarantee that we always provide the best standard of service

Your Profile:- Hold a technical qualification or have a strong technical background.
- 3+ years in a B2B technical support role.
- 3 + years working with Mechanical, Electrical or software aspects of a product.
- Be open for relocation to Osnabruck, Germany, or currently live in the area.
- Be open to flexible hours and be willing to travel.
- Must have experience working with Linux and command Line systems.
- Strong communication skills where the client's needs are the focus.
- Fluent English Communication skills!
